We will listen to our guests, staff and investors to continue to be the superlative dining experience in all markets occupied by our Tim Horton franchises. Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC’s business model includes the implementation of tight cost controls, producing accurate and timely financial statements, proper human resources management, and generating effective sales and marketing plans.

Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC is owned by Robert L. Webster, II, William A. Caine, III, D. Axel Neff, and Patrick J. McGovern. Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC has been formed as a Florida Limited Liability Company with Robert L. Webster, II serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, William A. Caine, III serving as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Secretary-Treasurer of the corporation. D. Axel Neff and Patrick J. McGovern are minority members of Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC. It is the company’s intention to offer limited outside ownership in each location Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC opens on an equity, debt, or combination basis in order to facilitate a more rapid expansion of the brand.

Shown below is a summary of the backgrounds of each of the Members of Anchor Hospitality Group, LLC.

Robert L. Webster, II - Robert has thirty+ years of hospitality experience specializing in operations, hotel development, and acquisitions. Robert was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gibson Hotel Management located in Knoxville, Tennessee for eleven (11) years. He was also Vice-President of Operations for Hanford Hotels in Newport Beach California for five (5) years. Prior to Hanford Hotels Robert was President and Chief Executive Officer of Innwest Hospitality Corporation in Scottsdale Arizona. Robert has held various board positions with several Hotel and Lodging Associations and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. Strong brand relationships with Hilton, Marriott and InterContinental Hotels. Robert has experience in financial planning, revenue management, sales and marketing, Human resources, facility operations and maintenance, risk management, and investor relations.

William A. Caine, III - William has more than thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry. William’s is well versed in accounting, finance, operations, administration, human resources, risk management, information technology, sales and marketing, and project management. William has held the positions of Senior Vice President, Regional Controller, Vice President of Finance and Development, Corporate Controller, and Chief Financial Officer.

Randy Hulce - Randy has a broad background in the hospitality industry as an accomplished senior executive. His leadership roles include positions as CEO of a hotel management company, SVP of Sales and Marketing, Operations, Asset Management and Business Development. He has a depth of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Project Management and Dispositions. His recent focus has been on the Quick Service Restaurant Industry where he served as Director of Operations and Development with a franchisee of a global brand. His particular expertise is in strategic planning and market analytics.

D. Axel Neff - With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Axel Neff has solidified his reputation for driving innovative growth in dynamic environments. With a background spanning 20 years in technology, hospitality and commercial real estate development, including managing family-owned restaurants in Buffalo, NY, Axel's expertise extends across various sectors. From scaling start-ups to social media giants and spearheading business optimization in the hospitality industry, Axel consistently delivers transformative results.

As the former Sr. Director of International Strategy at VK.com, co-founder/CIO of Telegram Messenger, and director at HR Tech giant Indeed, Axel has led remarkable growth initiatives. His contributions also include significant roles in commercial/residential site development as a civil engineer and project manager. Axel's commitment to lifelong learning, evident through his education at Y-Combinator, the Wharton School of Business, and his engineering degree from Swarthmore College, empowers him to drive strategic decision-making across multiple industries, fueling organizational success.

Patrick J. McGovern - As President and Owner of QBC Systems, Inc, an IT company based in Buffalo, NY, Patrick is a seasoned sales manager with over twenty-five years of experience in the wholesale/retail and distribution software marketplace. His career has been marked by success in Information Technology strategic sales, adept event planning, effective marketing strategies, and exceptional customer relationship management. Prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and organizing staff are second nature to Patrick. His realistic action plans drive results and reflects a blend of strategic thinking, customer-centricity, and hands-on management.
